The encapsulated combination Stehr soil stabilisation cutter SBF 24 with binding agent spreader SBS solves a problem in soil stabilisation: Lime or cement are very effective as binders, but also relatively aggressive. This often makes soil stabilisation near residential areas, road traffic, parking cars and airports impossible, especially in windy weather.
Using this Stehr Soil Stabiliser, the binding agent is applied and mixed into the soil dust free. A separate, cost-intensive spreader vehicle is no longer required.
A specially developed on-board computer means binder and water quantity can be precisely introduced and documented.
The high energy efficiency, economical fuel consumption as well as low pollutant and noise emissions always play a major role in the Stehr machines. With over 50 % less fuel compared to conventional machines, payback is achieved by the fuel savings alone.
