Natural Turf Pitch Renovations
A few years after Scarborough RUFC’s move to Silver Royd, CLS Sports were appointed to install a secondary drainage system on 3 of their pitches. This involved the installation of sand slits at 1m centres, a sand spreading operation and over-seeding application to improve the existing lateral drainage system.
To ensure the pitches are ready for a busy season of hosting matches, year on year, CLS also return to carry out verti-draining, sand spreading and overseeding operations.
With the support of their loyal members, volunteers and ground staff, Scarborough RUFC is one of the leading amateur rugby facilities in the country.
